14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If Talksched is not the right fit for you, email support@talksched.app within 14 days of your first payment from the email address on your account, and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked, no forms, no phone call required.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in your dashboard — a single click, no waiting period, no retention calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until that date and will not be billed again afterwards.
Partial Refunds
After the 14-day money-back window, we do not issue partial-month refunds. When you cancel, your account stays active for the days you have already paid for; the next scheduled charge is automatically stopped.
Duplicate or Unauthorised Charges
If you see a Talksched charge you do not recognise, please contact us immediately at support@talksched.app with the transaction date and amount. We will investigate within one business day and, where appropriate, issue a refund through the original payment method. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — it is usually faster to resolve directly.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled renewal fails, Stripe automatically retries the charge over the following days. You will receive email notifications throughout the retry window. If all retries fail your account is suspended until payment is restored; no refund is applicable for a charge that was never successfully collected.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor (Stripe) to the same card used for the original transaction. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence, including the right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days.
